A donation to the Dr. Zhangxu Rehabilitation Center in AnShan, China, is a tax-deductible benefit, but only after we can get the organization registered as a tax-free foundation. We are working hard at that, but it will take a little while to complete the paperwork. The most immediate task at hand is to get Dr. Zhang to the United States for some physical rehabilitation and personal training in computers and physical rehabilitation.
